Responsibilities
· Building ideas, develop strategies for innovative projects and propose solutions;
· Reporting and working closely with the Executive Producer/ Producer/ Scheduler to understand the client’s expectation/ timeline/ budget;
· Reporting and working directly with the Creative Director to come up with creative ideas;
· Directing and guiding the Creative team including: Illustrator, Copywriter and 3D artist to make the best product;
· Navigating brainstorming sessions;
· Write and design impressive ideas that can meet the needs of the client;
· Check content and reports, approve ideas and give feedback to the department;
· Ensure the quality and progress of the work according to the plan.
Requirements
Having experience as an Art Director or a similar position in advertising/ Agency, including:
· Experience working in the field of agency, advertising on Branding Design & Motion, TVC, short form, short-film;
· Excellent on Aesthetic and Graphic Design;
· Having experience in Virtual Production, AR / VR / XR content;
· Knowing how to use Adobe, 3D software and Unreal Engine software is an advantage;
· Having skill in art direction, good presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese;
· Flexible in getting & solve comment from client.
